Today presents the opportunity to embark on an unforgettable journey up the Volcano Pacaya. You’ll leave early to fully appreciate the breathtaking volcanic landscapes that await you on the slopes.

The majestic Pacaya is truly a wonder to behold. With its national park, it boasts a constant stream of smoke flowing from its peak and a vast field of dried lava at the base of its crater.

This two-hour moderate hike leads you to the lava fields with breathtaking panoramic views of the highlands. The trail passes through dried lava fields, tropical forests, and farmland.

You will experience a rejuvenating “Thermal Circuit” at the thermal spa Santa Teresita and Kawilal by submerging your body in natural thermal pools of varying temperatures. A chauffeur will transport you to the Guatemala City airport, where you will catch a one-hour domestic flight to Flores Island. Overnight in Flores Island

We will depart early for the Belize leg of our journey. Go on a journey to discover hidden mysteries of the Maya underworld as you peacefully glide on tubes through the Barton Creek Cave. As you venture into the cave’s depths, you’ll be awed by the stunning rock formations, including the majestic stalagmites and stalactites. And when you come across the tranquil pool, fed by an underground spring, you’ll feel a sense of peace and serenity.

Embark on a journey through the breathtaking jungle and marvel at the incredible array of plants and animals. Follow it up by floating on tubes through the vast cave system and gazing in awe at the intricate crystalline formations. Afterward, you will head to Belize City’s airport for a quick domestic flight to one of Belize’s Cayes. The group of islands known as the Cayes is an exquisite sight to behold.
