In conclusion, you will establish explicit objectives and routes for helping new areas of growth and opportunities.

Private Yoga classes are the instructor’s beloved method to improve health because it gives a significant relationship between teacher and student. Besides, you’ll have Massage Therapy to encourage relaxation, alleviate muscle pressure, and boost circulation.

You will feel relief from the energy that permeates every corner of this unique hotel, where your only task will be to relax and enjoy the calmness of nature, alleviating your mind and body in a volcanic sauna. Exhilarate yourself in a jacuzzi with natural hot springs and have a professional massage.

The Thermal SPA is a wellspring of loosening and calmness, where you’ll find different aspects necessary for inner wellness, stress relief, and a healthy mind, body, and soul. The therapies take into account the needs that daily life can cause.

Day 9. Volcanic hot springs

Today, we will hike to a lookout where you can see the active Volcano Santiaguito. Later visit the volcanic hot springs Fuentes Georginas, where the ride alone to the hot springs makes this excursion worth it due to its breathtaking views of mountains and volcanoes. You will be dazzled when you see the steam floating, and surely you will soak up in the pools.

Day 10. El Paredon beach

It is undoubtedly one of the best beaches in the country and one of its best-kept secrets. The experience of discovering this beach is too uncommon to compare. It is a small rural fishing town on a delicate black sand beach with palm trees, hammocks, and surfers.

The laid-back fishing town of El Paredon, with just one dirt road through town that dead-ends at a river full of tropical mangroves, is off the beaten track, so not many tourists go there. However, with its delightful black sand beach, surfing conditions, gorgeous sea turtles, and slowed-down pace of daily life, it will not remain hidden from the eye of the tourists for much longer.

A few little restaurants in the village are on picnic tables in the front yard of a local house with a small sign showing the menu of the day. There are no ATMs (it is necessary to bring cash), no souvenir shops, and no supermarkets. What travelers find here is a natural charm, a relaxing environment, and an authentic resident community.

Day 11 – 12. Beach time

You’ll have yoga sessions in front of the beach. As it may be, the best part of this beach is that you do not have to do much. Your hotel has a laid back refined beach vibe with enough hammocks to rest while spending the day reading a book and watching the great waves.

Release a baby sea turtle! Yes, you may be able to release a recently hatched baby sea turtle into the ocean. Collecting turtle eggs is not illegal in the country, but the collectors must give 20% of the eggs they pick up to local incubators to conserve the turtle population.

Also, hotels in the area donate to the incubator to buy more eggs from the collectors, an excellent example of responsible tourism working with the local community.

Most mornings at 6:00 am, take a walk down the beach to the local hatchery, where you will be able to engage in the release of the recently hatched baby sea turtles. Each person gets to hold their baby turtle and let it go as it races with hundreds of its companions down the black sand beach en route to the brilliant light of the Pacific Ocean.

The best time of the year to release sea turtles is from September to December.
